will bring a sacred concert in the worship service next Sunday, August 5, 10:40 a.m.
Barry has had a music ministry that dates back to high school in the early ‘70s and includes years of pastoral, evangelism and concert ministry. He has pastored churches in Indiana, Texas, and North Carolina, sang in the southern gospel quartet “A Few Good Men”, served as worship leader for Kankakee, Illinois, First Church of the Nazarene, and held revivals and concerts from coast to coast.
Barry’s vocal music style can be described as inspirational with a little southern gospel thrown in and an occasional pinch of contemporary. Barry’s concerts are always message-centered and intended to point the listener to God.
Barry currently serves full-time as a therapist at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee, Illinois and as adjunct professor of Bible and Theology in Graduate and Adult Studies at Olivet Nazarene University, while traveling many week-ends performing throughout the Midwest.
Let’s invite family and friends for a service of inspiration and praise.
